New Consultant Onboarding

First 24 hours

Welcome! I am so proud of you for taking the steps to jump in and start your own business! Outlined below are the first foundational actions to take to start your business with success.

It's only day one, so let's keep things simple and not create any more overwhelm. Finish the tasks below and once complete, you can book a call with your upline to chat about your specific goals and talk next steps!

New Consultant Checklist

1. Head over to our team Facebook page. Your upline can add you. This, along with our team voxer group, will be the main source of information and all training resources you'll need to grow a successful Arbonne business! Take a moment to download and familiarize yourself with the following apps:

  • Voxer--  A free app where we can communicate as a team and in smaller groups. Consider getting Voxer Pro as you can save messages and go farther back in conversations.

  • Boards-- This is where we house all verbiage, images, videos, coaching, etc created by field leaders that you might need to send to potential business partners and clients. The app allows you to easily share links an content from your phone.

  • Arbonne My Office-- This is where you'll be able to track your personal and team sales, run reports, and manage your team and clientele.

  • Arbonne App-- This app allows you to share content directly from Arbonne. It also allows you to track who has opened what you've sent.

2. Grab the link to our team Board (linked below) and familiarize yourself with the various resources. Start with the "Getting started" tab. There is so much there, so don't get overwhelmed.

3. Login to your Arbonne account:

  1. Copy and paste your Arbonne ID and Website URL to a note in your phone for easy access when sending your website link to potential clients or consultants. You'll also want to post the link in your social media profiles.

  2. You can find these by logging in with your email and password. Then go to 'account' then 'profile.'

  3. Navigate from your dashboard to the 'My Resources' tab - you can find something called 'The Source' there which contains a ton of different information provided by Arbonne. This is a great spot to search for info or questions you may have in the future that are Arbonne product related.

4. Announce your business on your social media platforms! Please see the following 30 day guide to get an idea of what your first 30 days should look like on social media. We don't want you to be annoying, but we do want you to be consistent and attractive to your audience.

Your first post may look like making an Instagram story post or reel of your first unboxing or the sign in page of Arbonne's website, and sharing how you’re excited to be jumping into something new on your stories! It could also look like choosing to share 1-3 products on your stories 3x in your first week. Or a post of your fizz that shares how it gives you energy, why you love it, and the benefits of it. It could look like writing an Instagram post about how you decided to jump into Arbonne and are so excited about your new business, or it could be sharing a smoothie recipe, protein ball recipe, or your skincare routine! Whatever products you’re already using and loving, decide to start sharing in some way with your network through social.

5. Make sure you complete your '21 reasons why' list so you're ready to weather the storms of fear and doubt that are sure to come. What are 21 reasons Arbonne will be worth doing? Be as specific as possible. What debt will you pay off? What bills will you cover? What trips will you take? What are the near (1 year from now) and far (5 years from now) goals you know would be possible WHEN you're successful in this business?

6. Make a 100 person list. Think of this as a brain dump of networks you're connected to. For example, don't just write down your mom and sister's names. Consider: Who do I know because I know my mom. Who do I know because I know my sister. Write down the names of the people in those NETWORKS, whether you have phone numbers or know that person "well" or not. This will help you see your contact list as a list of networks, not just individuals. It’s likely you already have a lot of people in your network you haven’t yet thought about. Here are some ideas to jog your memory (you can also find a memory jogger found in getting started under consultant resources in boards):

  • Neighbors

  • Your kids' friend's parents

  • Colleagues/coworkers

  • School friends(college/university/high school)

  • Fitness/Exercise Acquaintances

  • Family Friends (Parents' friends, siblings' friends)

  • Family (aunts, uncles, cousins, grandparents)

  • Friends

  • Teachers/Coaches

  • Service Providers (Haircare, skincare, nails, waxing, cleaners, landscapers, etc)

  • Social Media friends

  • Old FB connections

  • Extra Curricular activity connections (sports, parents of kids at sports, church, etc)

7. Complete the mini questionnaire below, text it to your upline, and book a call with them.

  • What to expect on the call:

    • We'll go over your "why": The reason you said yes. This is CRITICAL because it will motivate you to get to work and keep going when things get hard.

    • Briefly discuss the questionnaire below and your goals.

    • We'll help you decide if you want to WALK or RUN.

    • Book your calendar. We will get off the phone with 3-4 dates booked, so be ready to talk dates!
